We’re hiring a high-energy, Polish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and help build something exciting — including social groups, community outings, and hands-on therapy experiences. Happyian Therapy & Academy is expanding and seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, play-based team. Clinical Fellows, entry-level SLPs, and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply. Looking for someone who feels comfortable during adverting events, is ambitious, wants to grow insurance based but especially private pay practice. Happyian is looking for flexible, and a team player clinician.We prioritize mentorship, confidence-building, and high-quality clinical care. You’ll be out in the community, running groups, building programs, and making real impact.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy (clinic + home + community)
- Run and create social communication groups (peer interaction, conversation skills, real-life practice)
- Go on field trips & community outings (parks, stores, group activities)
- Â Collaborate closely with ABA teamÂ
- Train caregivers for carryover at home
- Track progress and keep documentation streamlined
Position Options:

 Full-Time: 30+ billable hours
 – $65 to $80 an hour - $68 000 -90 000 salary

We provide play-based, relationship-centered speech and language therapy, informed by DIR and developmental frameworks. Treatment targets include expressive and receptive language, AAC, social communication, and pragmatic skills, with an emphasis on functional communication, self-advocacy, and generalization across environments. Family education and interdisciplinary collaboration are integral components of care.
Mentorship & Support:

 10 hours/month of direct mentorship and supervision - Supervision reassessed annually based on clinician needs

Continuing Education:

Qualifications:

 Illinois Speech-Language Pathology state license or temporary license (CFs) - Current certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility following completion of the Clinical Fellowship year
- Pediatric experience preferred, not required
- Strong interest in collaborative, play-based, family-centered care
