  • Diagnose basic network and connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPNs, cabling, and network-connected devices
  • Support office and manufacturing technology, including shared production workstations, industrial PCs, RF devices, barcode scanners, and label printers
  • Record incidents and service requests in the ITSM platform, maintain accurate status information, and document resolutions.
  • Escalate infrastructure, application, ERP, and security issues to the appropriate corporate IT teams
  • Assist with routine server, file-share, print-service, backup, monitoring, and patch-management activities as assigned
  • Maintain endpoint, peripheral, software, and license inventory records
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, equipment records, and user instructions
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend automation, workflow, documentation, or process improvements
  • Participate in IT projects, equipment deployments, facility changes, and technology rollouts
  • Travel to other Hytrol facilities periodically to provide technical support and assist with IT projects as business needs require
  • Follow Hytrol’s cybersecurity, change-management, data-protection, safety, and governance standards
  • Provide limited after-hours or emergency support when scheduled or approved
