Occupational Therapist - Ortho

We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy services. You'll have the flexibility to provide care in our outpatient clinic, through mobile outpatient visits, or a combination of both. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys autonomy while helping establish and build a specialized OT program.

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized outpatient physical or occupational therapy services with a focus in orthopedics

• Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions focused on functional outcomes

• Complete documentation using an intuitive, AI forward electronic medical record (EMR)

• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as needed

• Manage your own schedule and geographic territory

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care

• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
