About the Role:
Lakeshore Concrete Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Concrete Coating/Polishing Installer to join our growing team in Zeeland, MI. This is a hands-on role where you'll transform concrete surfaces into stunning, durable finishes for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, shot blasting, and surface profiling prior to coating or polishing
- Apply epoxy, polyurea, polyaspartic, and other decorative concrete coatings
- Perform concrete polishing and densifying using industrial grinding equipment
- Install flake broadcast systems, metallic epoxy, and other decorative floor systems
- Operate and maintain surface preparation and polishing equipment
- Ensure quality control throughout each phase of installation
- Communicate professionally with clients on job sites and represent the company with integrity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in concrete coatings, polishing, flooring installation, or a related trade preferred but not nessecary
- Ability to operate surface grinders, and related equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn new techniques and product systems on the job
Pay:
- Starting at $18/hr+ (based on skill set)
