Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is looking for Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join dynamic Respiratory Care Unit providing high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients in inpatient and emergency settings. NICU-trained therapists may also support neonatal patients. This role is ideal for an experienced RRT who is confident with critical care, ventilators, and respiratory emergencies.Â

Direct Hire / Contract | Full-Time
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay:$33.74–$50.61/hour
Experience:2+ years required
Weekend: Every other weekend
Holidays: 2 of 3 major holidays
Housing: Available as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and provide respiratory treatments and therapies.
- Manage ventilators, BiPAP, and other respiratory support equipment.
- Perform ABGs and monitor patient response to treatment.
- Assist with intubations and respond to respiratory emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide safe, accurate documentation and patient education.
Requirements
- Current RRT credential
- Arizona RRT license required
- 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience
- CRT-only candidates will not be considered
- Adult & pediatric experience required
- NICU experience required for neonatal assignments
- Ability to work independently in emergency settings
Certifications
BLS | ACLS | PALS
NRP required for NICU responsibilities
