Job DetailsJob Location: Noel Investments - Yakima, WA 98901Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 HourlyJob Shift: SwingBusiness Title: - Janitor Job Purpose: - To maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment within Noel Corporation facilities. This includes performing a variety of cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal. Key Responsibilities: - Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and mirrors. Replenishing restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. - Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas of the facility, including offices, hallways, common areas, and breakrooms. - Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles and replacing liners. Transporting trash and recycling to designated disposal areas. - Dusting furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the facility. - Cleaning windows and glass doors, both interior and exterior as needed. - Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of storage closets and supply rooms. - Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. - Performing other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor. - Operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and vacuum cleaners. Following proper procedures for the safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals. - Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Storing cleaning supplies and equipment properly. - Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.QualificationsRequired Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - Proven experience in commercial cleaning - Experience using various cleaning equipment and supplies Required Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and techniques - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Ability to follow instructions and work safely - Strong attention to detail - Good communication skills - Ability to manage time effectively - Physical stamina and endurance - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
