Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Theiberg - Wylie, TX 75098Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayOrthodontic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Wylie, TX | Full-Time   Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start times vary between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Wylie, TX. This position is ideal for an experienced orthodontic assistant who is confident chairside, comfortable with digital workflows, and takes pride in providing an excellent patient experience.   Applicants must have at least 1 year of orthodontic experience and reside within 15 miles of Wylie, TX to be considered.   Key Responsibilities Provide chairside orthodontic assisting, including bracket adjustments, appliance delivery (RPE, Herbst), and retainer bonding Perform digital scans for appliances and aligners using an iTero scanner Assist with in-house printing and fabrication of retainers, including Essix and Hawley retainers Take panoramic and cephalometric X-rays and intraoral photographs Prepare patients for treatment and provide instructions on appliance and retainer care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow sterilization, infection control, and clinical safety protocols Support efficient patient flow and daily clinical operations   Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Minimum 1 year of orthodontic chairside experience required Experience with digital scanning and orthodontic workflows Experience with or willingness to learn in-house printing and fabrication processes Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities Familiarity with dental software and electronic patient records Must reside within 15 miles of Wylie, TX   Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Qualifications
