Preschool Lead Teacher – EEC Lead Certified

Pay: $22 per hour
 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking an experienced and qualified Preschool Lead Teacher to lead an engaging classroom where children build confidence, independence, and the foundational skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.
We’re looking for a Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certified educator who brings strong classroom leadership, understands preschool development, and enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.
What You’ll Do
- Â Lead a safe, structured, and engaging Preschool classroomÂ
-  Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. CurriculumÂ
- Â Create developmentally appropriate experiences supporting early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional learningÂ
- Â Encourage independence, communication, problem-solving, and kindergarten-readiness skillsÂ
- Â Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive behavior guidanceÂ
-  Observe children’s development and maintain required classroom documentationÂ
- Â Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachersÂ
- Â Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with familiesÂ
- Â Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environmentÂ
- Â Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policiesÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification requiredÂ
- Â Preschool certification/qualification requiredÂ
- Â Previous professional preschool or early childhood teaching experience requiredÂ
- Â Lead classroom experience strongly preferredÂ
- Â Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practicesÂ
- Â Confident classroom management and leadership skillsÂ
- Â Strong communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Â Dependable, nurturing, and team-orientedÂ
