Customer Service Associates interact with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization’s products and services. Will maintain direct contact with customers concerning all aspects of the ordering process and respond to customer inquiries/requests for information concerning orders, deliveries, returns and any issues in a professional and timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Process orders received via fax or email accurately and timely
• Proactively communicate with customers to give updates on important order changes
• Work closely with multiple departments such as Shipping/Receiving, Production, Purchasing and Sales
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Greet visitors in a respectful and professional manner

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years customer service experience- required
• EDI and SAP experience
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Logistics and manufacturing experience
• Aggressive self-starter
• Detail oriented along with exceptional organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
