- Create tools and scripts that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and increase efficiency across Business Teams, IT Operations and Application Development teams.
- Build integrations across internal systems, vendor platforms, ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph/O365, Active Directory, SQL Server, monitoring tools, and cloud services.
- Support AIOps, monitoring, event correlation, and event remediation efforts by automating alert response and operational recovery actions.
- Improve production stability by identifying repetitive issues, manual handoffs, and operational gaps that can be addressed through automation.
- Develop self-service automation capabilities for IT teams, enabling repeatable, controlled, and auditable execution of common operational tasks.
- Support infrastructure and cloud automation across Windows Server, Linux, AWS, and related platforms.
- Work with Git/Bitbucket and follow sound engineering practices for source control, code review, documentation, testing, and change management.
- Partner with associated teams to gather requirements and deliver practical automation solutions.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, escalation support for operators, and periodic weekend or off-hours support/implementations as needed.
- Document automation workflows, operational procedures, dependencies, and support requirements clearly.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
