Waterpark Overnight Pressure Washer

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Overnight Pressure Washer. In this role, you will be responsible for the cleaning of equipment and all general areas in the waterpark after hours. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

Operate commercial pressure washing equipment to clean waterpark surfaces, including walkways, slides, and seating areas
Remove buildup such as algae, dirt, debris, and stains to maintain a safe, non-slip environment
Support overall waterpark cleanliness standards and appearance expectations
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on pressure washing equipment
Assist with additional facility cleaning projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work
Must be able to frequently work in outdoor hot/humid/sunny weather conditions as well as indoor warm/humid environments
Ability to operate or learn to operate pressure washing equipment safely
Previous cleaning positions in a large waterpark, recreational facility, or hotel/resort is helpful.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
