Position Overview

The Area Casino Manager - Northern NV will oversee slot gaming operations at the Jett Winnemucca and Jett Carlin Nevada locations and provide analysis for both properties working with the leadership team to ensure they reach their financial goals. This position will provide analysis of current slot customer data segmentation methods and provide insight into strategic decision making for short and long-term profitability of the slot operations across both casino locations. This role is fully accountable for slot revenue growth, operational execution, labor management, compliance, and asset protection at both properties. The Area Casino Manager – Northern NV must be a person who drives consistent performance standards, revenue optimization, and operational discipline across locations while maintaining the highest levels of gaming integrity and guest trust.

Responsibilities:

Multi-Property Slot Revenue & Financial Performance

  • Own financial performance for slot operations at Jett Winnemucca and Jett Carlin assigned casino locations, including coin-in growth, theoretical win, hold optimization, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor real-time and historical CMS data across both properties to guide machine placement, product mix, and floor optimization strategies.
  • Identify underperforming assets at either location or execute corrective action plans.
  • Partner with analytics and technical teams to improve machine uptime and revenue performance.
  • Standardize performance expectations and KPIs across both properties.

Operational Leadership Across Locations

  • Direct and oversee daily slot operations at both properties, ensuring consistency in execution, compliance, and service standards.
  • Maintain visible leadership presence at both locations, especially during peak business periods and high-volume events.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies at each site.
  • Coordinate cross-property operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability.

Leadership, Staffing & Accountability

  • Lead and develop bartenders and porters at both locations.
  • Manage staffing models to balance guest service coverage and labor cost control across properties.
  • Drive a culture of urgency, revenue awareness, and operational accountability at each site.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and corrective actions as necessary.
  • Build bench strength and succession planning for both properties.

Analytics, Marketing & Strategic Alignment

  • Partner with Marketing and Analytics to execute targeted promotions and player development strategies at both locations.
  • Analyze ROI on promotional efforts and adjust tactics by property to maximize revenue.
  • Utilize CMS reporting to forecast trends and implement proactive floor strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate on capital planning, slot conversions, and new game installations for both casinos.

Compliance, Security & Asset Protection

  • Ensure full compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board, Nevada Gaming Commission, Title 31 (AML), and all internal controls at both properties.
  • Maintain strict accountability for keys, slot funds, jackpots, and required audit documentation.
  • Verify and approve high-level jackpots as required.
  • Serve as a frontline protector of company assets and gaming integrity across both locations.

Guest Experience & Brand Representation

  • Resolve escalated guest disputes involving payouts, machine issues, or service concerns at either property.
  • Ensure consistent guest service standards across both locations.
  • Represent Terrible’s Jett Gaming leadership values and operational standards on each casino floor.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration.
  • Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card (or ability to obtain).
  • 3–7 years of progressive casino slot operations leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing performance across multiple teams or locations preferred.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong working knowledge of slot systems and CMS platforms such as Konami SYNKROS, SDS, Aristocrat Oasis 360, Bally CMP, IGT Advantage, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of slot analytics, theoretical hold, coin-in metrics, and performance optimization.
