💰 PAY
• $1.89 All-In Pay — CPM + accessorial pay
• $1,600–$1,850 Average Weekly Pay
• Up to $104,000 annually
• Top performers: $2,500+ per week
• $240 per fully unloaded trailer
• $75 per backhaul
• $250 for NYC borough deliveries with 26' pup trailers

CPM Based on Experience:
• 0–11 months: $0.73 CPM
• 1–2 years: $0.74 CPM
• 2–3 years: $0.75 CPM
• 3+ years: $0.76 CPM

🏠 HOME TIME
• Drivers living in the Windsor, CT area can get home daily after their load for their 10-hour break, based on customer needs.
• Otherwise, weekly home time for a 34-hour reset
• Weekend home time is not guaranteed

📦 JOB DETAILS
• 100% touch freight
• Live unload at Dollar Tree stores — box-by-box using rollers
• Delivery area: CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI & ME
 

📋 REQUIREMENTS
• CDL-A
• Strong customer service skills
• Patience and ability to handle touch freight
• Secure parking required for truck & trailer
• Drivers may park at authorized Dollar Tree store locations or distribution centers
