Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities through the everyday moments that make the biggest difference - a helping hand getting dressed, a home-cooked meal, someone to talk to. This job means going client to client across the Winchendon area, and it's built for people who show up and follow through.

Choose Your Focus

• HHA/CNA - hands-on daily living support, personal care, and homemaking
• Personal Care - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance
• Homemakers - housekeeping, errands, meal prep, and general household help

New to caregiving? We'll get you trained and certified as an HHA at no cost.

Day to Day, You Might:

• Give medication reminders
• Help with showers, walking, and getting around safely
• Support personal care and hygiene needs
• Cook and plan meals alongside clients
• Handle shopping and errands
• Tidy up - laundry, dishes, sweeping, trash
• Be someone clients look forward to seeing
• Stay alert and respond fast if something's wrong

On the Pay Side

• Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour after training
• Get paid daily as you work
• Sign-on and referral bonuses (requirements apply)
• Mileage and travel time paid between clients and errands
• Flexible, self-built schedule

You'll Need:

• A valid driver's license and your own vehicle
• Comfort driving 15–20 minutes between client homes
• Willingness to provide personal care
• Solid spoken and written English
• A dependable, respectful attitude and good communication skills
