Are you a passionate early childhood educator who loves helping young children explore, create, and grow? Our new, state-of-the-art preschool is looking for a Lead Pre-K Teacher who will bring energy, curiosity, and compassion into every day of learning.

As our Lead Daycare Teacher, you’ll design engaging lesson plans, foster social-emotional development, and build meaningful relationships with families. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and continuous professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate, hands-on activities
  • Create a classroom environment that inspires curiosity and confidence
  • Communicate openly with families and team members
  • Support children’s individual learning needs through observation and adaptation
  • Use positive behavior strategies that nurture empathy and respect

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children
  • A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor's, or higher preferred)
  • A warm, collaborative spirit and passion for early learning
