Description

The Audit & Move-Out Coordinator audits move-out accounts, ensures accurate billing and deposits, and resolves discrepancies. This role partners with accounting and property teams to maintain accurate financial records and efficient processes.

You’ll work with accounting and property teams to review data, resolve discrepancies, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative office environment—ideal for someone looking to grow in accounting or operations.


Position: Audit & Move-Out Coordinator

Location: Stratum Central Office – 27375 SW Parkway Ave, Wilsonville, OR 97070

Schedule: Full-time position (40 weekly contract hours), Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 60-minute unpaid lunch break

Classification: Non-exempt position, eligible for overtime pay

Pay Range: $23.00-26.00 per hour

Cell Phone Stipend: $25/month or $300/year

What You’ll Do

  • Review and audit move-out files for accuracy and compliance
  • Verify charges, deposits, and final account statements
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
  • Collaborate with property managers and accounting teams
  • Support reconciliations and reporting processes
  • Track trends and help improve internal workflows
  • Maintain organized and confidential records

What You Bring


Must-Have:

  • 1–2+ years of administrative, accounting, or property management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel and reviewing data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with Yardi or property management systems
  • Background in accounting, auditing, or reconciliations

Physical Requirements
