St. Francis Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Full-Time NOC team.

As a CNA on the overnight shift, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning.

  • Monitor residents throughout the night and report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

  • Accurately document care and services provided.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

  • Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.

  • Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
