St. Francis Healthcare Center is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Full-Time NOC team.
As a CNA on the overnight shift, you'll play an important role in providing quality care and ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning.
Monitor residents throughout the night and report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
Accurately document care and services provided.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.
Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate and resident-focused approach
Dependable, professional, and reliable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Newly certified CNAs are welcome to apply
