District Manager – Dunkin' Donuts

We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple Dunkin’ locations across Houston

In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for empowering teams, growing the business, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects the high standards Dunkin’ is known for.

• 4+ years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on leader who leads by example

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations for 4–7 Dunkin’ locations
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, food safety, and team morale
• Ensure stores meet all brand, safety, and quality standards
• Lead and execute new product rollouts, marketing promotions, and seasonal updates
• Recruit, hire, and retain store-level leadership (GMs, Assistant Managers)
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and high energy
• Monitor and manage P&L performance for each store
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost data to identify opportunities and challenges
• Implement action plans to improve profitability, sales growth, and cost control
• Ensure stores meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
• Handle guest concerns and complaints in partnership with store managers
• Represent the brand in the local community and encourage local store marketing efforts

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Dunkin staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
