Job DetailsJob Location: OFI Headquarters - WILLISTON, ND 58802DEPARTMENT Coffee Shop Work Site  DESCRIPTION  This position provides creative beverages, and food items, to customers with excellent customer service. Barista's will use typical coffee shop machines, and cleaning supplies, as well as cash handling and till running duties.  B.    Responsibilities   Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.   Take customer orders and prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.   Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.   Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed.   Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products.   Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries.   Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.   Complete all work in a safe manner.     Qualifications Education No requirement Experience  Will train for the position.
