Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for facilitating hospitality rider requirements, front of house coordination, and customer service issues as they arise at The Savannah Center and The Tracy as assigned by the Hospitality Supervisor. Additionally, this role is responsible for quality assurance and contract compliance with our on-stage talent at Town Centers. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate hospitality requirements as assigned by the Hospitality Supervisor.
  • Assist ushers and front-of-house staff with any technological or customer service issues as they arise.
  • Review and report on talent at Town Centers, ensuring quality requirements are met
  • Develop relationships with our downtown talent, ensuring contract compliance and communication.
  • Greet and assist special guests and VIPs at the Savannah Center and The Tracy with any special needs or requests.
  • Act as a direct liaison between talent and crew to ensure a successful event.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in artist relations preferred.
  • Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
  • Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Problem solving skills and detail oriented.
