Job Summary:
Leads development of proposal and presentation materials while integrating client insights, market intelligence, and project information into pursuit strategies and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates with preconstruction, operations, and estimating teams to integrate technical and project information into pursuit deliverables.
Analyzes client and market information to inform pursuit strategies and messaging.
Maintains multiple pursuit content libraries, templates, and visual assets to support consistency and efficiency.
Facilitates post-pursuit reviews to document lessons learned and contribute to best practice development.
Provides guidance to Pursuits Specialists on document preparation and adherence to quality standards.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
5-10 years of experience in marketing, pursuits, or business development within the construction or related industry required.
Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
