ABOUT THE ROLE
Fouress Synergy LLC is hiring a Field Sales Representative for our cosmetic and beauty product line across the U.S.
market. In this field-based role, you will personally visit salons, spas, and beauty studios to pitch our products,
explain features and benefits, deliver live product demonstrations, and build long-term relationships with salon
owners and staff. If you enjoy being on the road, love the beauty industry, and thrive on hitting targets, we want to

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Visit salons, spas, and beauty studios within an assigned territory or region.
•Present and explain the product line, ingredients, and benefits to salon owners and staff.
•Conduct engaging in-person product demonstrations.
•Build and maintain relationships with salon owners to drive repeat business.
•Generate new leads and onboard new salon and spa accounts.
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Gather market feedback and report on competitor activity.
•Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, orders, and follow-ups.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
•High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus.
•1–3 years of field sales or beauty industry experience preferred (cosmetics, salon products, FMCG, or retail).
Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel will be considered.
•Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required for local and regional travel.
•Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Professional appearance and comfort demonstrating beauty products in person.
•Basic product or ingredient knowledge of cosmetics or skincare is a plus.
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
•Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
