We're looking for a dependable Field Technician (Hall Temp) to support industrial and environmental cleaning projects at customer worksites. In this hands-on role, you'll operate specialized equipment, maintain a safe work environment, and help deliver quality service while working alongside experienced crews in a fast-paced field environment.

What You'll Do
- Report to the branch or assigned jobsite on time, in proper uniform, and prepared to perform assigned work safely.
- Operate company vehicles, including cars and vans, when authorized and required.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of industrial cleaning jobsites.
- Operate water blasting, vacuum, and other industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use tools and equipment such as water blast guns, water lances, vacuum hoses, shovels, and picks.
- Perform industrial and environmental cleaning services at customer locations.
- Follow all MPW Health and Safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Inspect, clean, and properly maintain equipment before returning it to the branch.
- Demonstrate initiative while completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Work collaboratively with Operators, Crew Leaders, and team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Support emergency response operations as business needs require.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What You'll Need
- High school diploma preferred; some high school education will be considered.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets MPW requirements.
- Experience performing manual labor in outdoor or industrial environments preferred.
- Previous hands-on experience using tools or heavy equipment is preferred; 0–1 years of related experience is acceptable.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform heavy manual labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, stoop, climb, and work in confined spaces as required by the job.
- Ability to safely wear required PPE, including respirators, while working around chemicals, fumes, and other industrial hazards.
- Ability to travel for extended periods, work long or non-traditional hours, and respond to emergency call-outs, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
