Job Duties (Will Include but Not Be Limited To)Â
- Oversee the production of the Detail department Â
- Coordinate offsite details that are performedÂ
- Move vehicles on the lotÂ
- Move vehicles in Recon advisor, follow all necessary stepsÂ
- Help Vendors locate and track keys for sublet repairs Â
- Maintain cleanliness of the shopÂ
- Assisting in car wash maintenance Â
- Wet sandingÂ
- Utilization of Truvideo/Estimate ToolÂ
- Track wholesale cars daily to confirm they are detailed ready for auctionÂ
- Go through sublet row or lot to look for refreshers to keep the team busyÂ
- Train and manage team in company policies and ensure adherence to all company policiesÂ
- Motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all team members conducting disciplinary action or PIP’s as needed and administer annual performance evaluations for team with thoughtful feedbackÂ
- Appraise team productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in statusÂ
- Ensure team completes all required job duties in an accurate and timely mannerÂ
- Complete team member terminations based on policy violations with HR approvalÂ
- Ensure that any employee relations issues or concerns are addressed and escalated to HR when necessaryÂ
- Monitor and assist in the implementation of company initiatives and legal compliance measures and ensure the communication of company news on a regular basis Â
- Ensure Walser service processes and scripts are followed by employeesÂ
- Support the career and professional development of team membersÂ
- Lead by example and be an advocate for teamÂ
- Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departmentsÂ
- Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departmentsÂ

Minimum RequirementsÂ
- Must be at least 18 years of ageÂ
- 5 years automotive experience with logistics experience Â
- Understanding of computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Â
- ADP Experience highly desiredÂ
- Leadership and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skillsÂ
- Must be available to work SaturdaysÂ
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordÂ
Physical DemandsÂ
- Moving and walking around the dealershipÂ
- Sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and liftingÂ
- Utilizing a computer for day-to-day tasks and electronic technology required by OEMsÂ
- Certain areas of the dealership environmental demands may include noise, vibration, paint, dust, exhaust fumes, other hazardous and non-hazardous materials, extreme heat and/or coldÂ

 Compensation: $19/Hr
