Completes Motion process for Child in Need of Care (CINC) cases handled by the Office of the District Attorney. Â Assists with various administrative support functions for the CINC and Probate/Care& Treatment divisions.

Drafts CINC Motions for Termination documents
- Prioritize cases for Motions based on established criteria
- Use computer systems to generate appropriate Motion document
- Verifies accuracy of all generated documents
- Utilizes computer systems and file(s) to locate all historical case information
- Delivers Motion/packets to the ADA and file for approval and processing
- Electronically files the Motions with the courts, upon ADA approval
- Retrieves and updates current and historical parties law enforcement contact(s)

Assists with filing of various documents
- Sorts and organizes documents for filing within CINC case files
- Files documents in appropriate location of case file folder
- Retrieves and files case file folders as necessary
Â
Handles probate case filing process
- Reviews incoming petitions
- Consults with attorney to determine appropriate action
- Drafts and electronically files legal documents
- Communicates with various agencies regarding probate cases
- Manages incoming email in various Outlook accounts

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Â
Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years office experience, preferably in a legal setting.
