Position Responsibilities: Â
- The Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and schedulingÂ
- Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repairÂ
- The Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic maintains cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areasÂ
- Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modificationsÂ
- The Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic uses a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipmentÂ
- Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessaryÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience: Â
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 years of related experienceÂ
Preferred Education and Experience: Â
- Electrical Certification or Vocational CertificationÂ
