The Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.


What You’ll Do:
  • Provide dynamic onsite administrative support to several Finance Directors and their teams, driving seamless day-to-day operations and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Take charge of calendar management, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and making conference room reservations with ease using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • Be the go-to meeting support expert, maintaining calendars and providing support during meetings for designated team members to ensure they can focus on high-priority tasks.
  • Create a warm and welcoming experience for vendors and customers, coordinating security access for visitors and making them feel at home.
  • Collaborate with teams and projects, injecting energy and enthusiasm into every initiative and contributing to their success.
  • Bring training sessions to life, facilitating engaging and effective learning experiences that leave a lasting impact.
  • Dive into data management, preparing statistical reports, gathering and interpreting data, and maintaining databases with precision and accuracy.
  • Craft compelling written documents, communications, and presentation materials that captivate audiences and drive results.
  • Help plan and execute milestone celebrations, all-hands meetings, and networking events that bring people together and foster connection.
  • Champion the adoption of collaboration tools, empowering teams to work more efficiently and effectively.
  • Keep the office running smoothly, coordinating office supplies, office moves, new hire onboarding, and termination closeouts with ease.
  • Be the IT and facilities expert, troubleshooting issues and reporting needs to ensure a seamless work environment.
  • Manage travel, expense reports, and catering with precision, making sure every detail is taken care of.
  • Oversee financial management, coordinating payment of invoices and other expenditures with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Lend a hand on projects in various functional/program areas, providing support and expertise where needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with junior-level employees, providing training and mentorship to help them grow and thrive.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.


On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.


Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus 3 years or more related experience.
  • Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor’s or Master’s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
  • Professional demeanor and work habits.
  • Independence and initiative - by working with some degree of independence in terms of scheduling, job duties, and taking initiative when seeing things that need to be done.
  • Demonstrated application of judgment within standard operating guidelines. Use knowledge of company policies and department needs to determine the best course of action.
  • Good communication skills by responding to routine and non-routine inquiries.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55304 - $88487

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
