We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to fill the Maintenance Manager role at either of our food manufacturing facilities located in Westampton, New Jersey, or Morgan Hill, California. As the National Maintenance Manager, you will lead all facilities maintenance projects. Projects vary in scope, complexity and size. The National Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of the project from design through implementation, managing scope, budget, schedule and all communications. This position will also be responsible for completing work orders and providing maintenance support in a high-speed manufacturing environment and will complete all maintenance activities related to facilities premises and production equipment as needed. What will you be doing: Create schedule routine Preventative Maintenance tasks on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, inspection, adjustment and part replacement. Maintain and organize spare part inventory and database. Document equipment services and repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Interpret schematics and equipment manuals (read electrical and pneumatic diagrams, blueprints, and Auto-CAD drawings). Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements; Assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Be part of an effective work planning process that utilizes work order, planners, and parts staging. Assist with process improvement and recommend change. Analyze knowledge & process data and make recommendations on equipment maintenance and improvement activities. Manage interior and exterior facilities maintenance and vendor communications via telephone, text, or email with Director of Screen Print Operations. Communicate with domestic and international vendors through a variety of communication channels including WhatsApp or similar methods. Maintain existing plant facilities, equipment, parts and machinery; replace, or make adjustments to facilities and equipment when necessary. Be available on-call for emergency repairs during swing-shift hours or weekends, as needed. Oversee spare parts inventory control, including requisitioning of supplies and parts Complete training as assigned. Must follow Batchline Solutions policies and procedures  Perform other duties as needed.  QualificationsWho you are and why you're right for us: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience. Must be available to travel to other office locations (an estimated 40% of time) Successful track record of juggling multiple responsibilities and strategizing on efficiency and priority Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9º-42º Fahrenheit) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment.
