Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: ICE, Little Egg Harbor, NJ
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

• Position Summary

  The Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving activities, and manufacturing support. This position ensures the accurate and timely movement of parts, equipment, and materials while supporting internal teams and providing excellent service to customers.

  Key Responsibilities

  Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Maintain appropriate min/max inventory levels for medical equipment and supplies.
  • Track and manage inbound, outbound, and repair-related shipments.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and support continuous inventory improvement efforts.

• Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Receive, store, and distribute medical devices and parts.
  • Package, label, and ship parts, components, and systems.
  • Support field engineers with part pickups, and logistics needs.

• Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive, inspect, and process purchased parts and core returns.
  • Distribute incoming shipments to the appropriate departments.
  • Assemble, clean, wrap, package, and label customer orders for shipment.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Quality Control

  • Inspect and test incoming core return parts using tools such as digital multimeters.
  • Verify finished goods meet OEM specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure tool kits are properly prepared, shipped, returned, and maintained.

• Manufacturing Support

  • Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and inspection of medical imaging equipment.
  • Use hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Apply basic math and problem-solving skills to ensure functionality and compliance.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reporting, and tracking.

• Continuous Improvement

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Serve as a key contact for inventory, shipping, and repair-related issues.
  • Collaborate with customer service, field support, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or additional education in logistics, supply chain, healthcare operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience.
  • Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Forklift experience preferred; training available.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Safety-focused, dependable, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Work Environment

  • Combination of office and warehouse responsibilities.
  • Regular exposure to forklifts, ladders, and heavy equipment.
  • Interaction with manufacturing, logistics, and field service teams.

• Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
  • Frequent use of hands for handling tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through speaking and hearing.
