Play Academy is looking for a friendly and energetic Chair Yoga Instructor to lead a welcoming weekly class at the Preserve at Ironhorse. Schedule: Mondays, 9:00–10:00 AM Pay: $40 per hour Start Date: ASAP Location: Preserve at Ironhorse Address: 8055 Ironhorse Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33412 What You’ll Do: Lead a fun, safe, and accessible chair yoga class Guide residents through gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and mobility movements Offer modifications for different abilities and fitness levels Create an upbeat, supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to make movement enjoyable Communicate promptly about scheduling needs or cancellations If you love helping people move, relax, and leave class feeling better than when they arrived, we’d love to hear from you!Qualifications Must hold a current, active yoga instructor certification from a recognized training program RYT 200 or higher through Yoga Alliance preferred Current CPR/AED certification preferred Experience teaching yoga or group fitness classes Chair yoga or senior fitness experience strongly preferred Knowledge of safe modifications for varying mobility and fitness levels Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and consistent Monday availability Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with older adults A warm, positive personality and a passion for helping others stay active
