- Accurately enter all prescriptions into the ADS referral system.
- Contact patients to schedule appointments and enter appointment details into the ADS scheduler.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with doctors’ offices, attorneys, and workers’ compensation companies to obtain patient and referral information.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry.
- Review and verify all received information, with special attention to prescription and insurance details.
- Respond promptly to emails, messages, and other communications.
- Collaborate effectively with the Marketing Representative to achieve departmental goals and resolve issues efficiently.
- Screen patients for potential contraindications and ensure MRI procedures can be performed safely.
- Confirm next-day appointments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience using scheduling software and healthcare management systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and MRI safety screening is preferred.
Compensation: $17 - $20.00 per hour.
