POSITION SUMMARY

PRM is seeking a Project Manager – Growth & Facilities to lead the end-to-end execution of new PRM location launches (de novo openings). This is a newly created role responsible for project managing every workstream required to get a new site from initial site selection through operational go-live. Reporting to the VP of Operations and working closely with the Chief of Staff and key leadership, this role requires a hands-on project manager who can both personally drive individual tasks to completion and hold cross-functional departments (Operations, Strategy, Finance, Legal) accountable to the committed timeline across multiple simultaneous site openings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for de novo sites opening on-time and on-schedule
  • Directly Responsible for Completion
  • Own and maintain the master de novo project tracker across all active site openings, monitoring task status, dependencies, estimated vs. actual timelines, and flagging at-risk or delayed items to leadership
  • Coordinate operational prep and go-live: provider credentialing completion, patient scheduling opening, clinic staffing setup, and the transition from telehealth to in-person patient visits
  • Manage move-in: track Certificate of Occupancy, FF&E delivery, supplies delivery, final punch list walkthroughs, movers, and confirmation of the commencement date
  • Physically attend all on-site reviews, walk-throughs, and go-live coordination to ensure a smooth transition and opening
  • Coordinate buildout: design and construction vendors on floorplans, FF&E budgets and ordering, TI allowance and buildout cost determination, and IT vendor equipment ordering and onsite installation
  • Report site-opening status, timeline variances, and key risks to finance and operational leadership on a regular cadence
  • Continuously refine the de novo playbook and tracker template based on lessons learned across sites to improve speed and predictability of future openings
  • Project Management
  • Project manage the provider recruiting workstream: track surgeon and NP candidate identification, employment negotiations, non-compete review, offer execution, and credentialing timelines in partnership with Operations and HR
  • Project manage the market analysis and site selection workstreams: coordinate MSA/Buxton analysis, de novo P&L model builds and refreshes, board presentations, and broker-led market surveys, site tours, and RFP processes
  • Project manage lease negotiations: drive the lease drafting and redline process between landlords and legal counsel, coordinate tenant insurance sign-off, and track lease execution and upfront payment milestones
  • Drive accountability across departments and external counterparties (landlords, legal, insurance, GC, IT vendors) by running recurring status touchpoints, resolving bottlenecks, and escalating open items that put the timeline at risk

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

  • None. This role has no direct reports and must drive accountability across departments and external partners without direct reporting authority.
