Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to manage and service a book of affluent and high-net-worth clients. This position is responsible for delivering responsive, knowledgeable service while overseeing each account from renewal through day-to-day policy management.

The Account Manager will work directly with clients, insurance carriers, underwriters, mortgage companies, and other professional advisors to ensure accounts are handled accurately and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of high-net-worth personal lines accounts
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients’ insurance questions and service needs
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, billing matters, and claims assistance
  • Review policies and exposures to identify coverage gaps or potential deficiencies
  • Recommend appropriate coverage, limits, deductibles, and risk-management solutions
  • Market new and renewal accounts to high-net-worth and specialty carriers
  • Compare carrier proposals, policy terms, coverage, exclusions, deductibles, and premiums
  • Prepare renewal summaries and present coverage options to clients
  • Coordinate coverage for high-value homes, secondary residences, automobiles, jewelry, collections, watercraft, flood, and personal umbrella liability
  • Work with mortgage companies, financial advisors, attorneys, and other client representatives when necessary
  • Collect applications, schedules, valuations, inspection reports, and underwriting information
  • Confirm that all binding requirements, signatures, and payments are received on time
  • Maintain complete and accurate records in the agency-management system
  • Monitor upcoming renewals and follow up on outstanding items well before expiration
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and carrier partners
  • Provide a consistently high level of professional and responsive service
 Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of personal lines account management experience
  • Experience managing affluent or high-net-worth personal insurance clients
  • Strong knowledge of high-value homes, secondary residences, automobiles, jewelry, collections, watercraft, flood, and personal umbrella coverage
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth carriers, specialty markets, and Florida insurance requirements
  • Experience handling renewals, endorsements, billing matters, claims assistance, and daily client service
  • Ability to review policies, identify coverage gaps, and explain recommendations clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional and confident when communicating with clients and their advisors
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with limited supervision
  • Comfortable using agency-management systems, carrier portals, and Microsoft Office
  • Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license, or the ability to obtain the appropriate license
  • CISR, CIC, CPRIA, or another professional insurance designation is a plus
