Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as full-time team member.
Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat’s different functions.
Role & Responsibility
- Assist Product Team with Product Training (boot camp) events and activities.
- Operate Bobcat/Doosan Heavy and other competitive equipment and attachments/implements as required for training, demos, and miscellaneous internal/external usage.
- Develop product knowledge base to enhance ability to perform above duties.
- Operate department truck/trailer combinations; load and haul equipment from site to site as needed.
- Locate worksites and contact information, as well as manage equipment transportation and operation.
- Duties are 90% hands-on (on-site) and 10% office-based, varying with Product Training schedule.
Job Requirement
- Junior or Senior standing, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education, Education, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Commitment to Bobcat for the entire internship term (4 months).
- Interest in product training, equipment operation, and industries related to agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to groups or individuals.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn equipment
operation and logistics. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors.
