We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role will ensure inventory accuracy, optimize workflows, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage release of orders for Warehouse team to pick and ship, as well as jobs that are complete to be picked and staged.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of industrial air compressor equipment and parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to optimize deliveries and reduce costs.
- Improve warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with sales, service, and operations teams to meet customer demands.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision or management experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and compliance.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
