Job Summary: This position requires an individual to perform services based on the specific need of the building on a daily basisJob DutiesEssential Responsibilities: Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting drywall and miscellaneous repairs. Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities. Assisting maintenance staff with snow removal, grounds maintenance and tickets as needed. Cleaning vacant apartments. Room set ups that involve moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies. Work within company policies and safety regulations. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Snow removal Trash removal. Other duties as assigned
