Treatment Coordinator – TMS & Spravato

Position Summary

The Treatment Coordinator supports the daily operations of Beacon’s TMS and Spravato programs, helping ensure patients receive a safe, organized, and positive treatment experience. This role coordinates patient scheduling, insurance authorizations, medication needs, compliance requirements, and general office operations while working closely with patients, providers, pharmacies, and center leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage TMS and Spravato patient schedules and treatment coordination.
  • Obtain and maintain insurance prior authorizations.
  • Coordinate Spravato medication ordering and pharmacy communication.
  • Assist with patient care, Spravato consultations, and daily treatment needs.
  • Maintain REMS, DEA, medication logs, chart audits, and other compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance.
  • Manage patient leads, phone calls, copays, and general office responsibilities.
  • Track and report treatment activity to the Center Manager.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic treatment environment.
