Position Summary
Provide support to the Controller with Accounts Payable and all other Controller related tasks as requested
Primary Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Process Accounts Payable daily / as needed
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and account reconciliations spreadsheets
- Assist in the HR department with safety, work comp claims, and onboarding
- Inventory preparation and participate in inventory counting
- Maintain COI logs and forward copies upon request
- Assist with weekly payroll processing
- Keep all excel spreadsheets up to date as invoices are received
- Process Account Payable checks twice week
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Comply with all industry privacy standards and data protection protocols
