Bogeys is hiring a reliable, hands-on Store Manager for our Weirton, WV location. Management experience is required.
This is a working management position responsible for keeping the store operating smoothly, leading employees, handling store operations, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating employee schedules and ensuring shifts are staffed
- Hiring, training, supervising, and managing employees
- Handling attendance, performance issues, and daily staff needs
- Completing store orders and managing inventory
- Cash handling, deposits, paperwork, and reports
- Maintaining a clean, organized, customer-friendly store
- Addressing customer concerns professionally
- Covering shifts and working alongside the team when needed
- Ensuring company policies and food-safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Prior management experience is required
- Dependable, organized, and able to lead a team
- Comfortable with scheduling, ordering, cash handling, and paperwork
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation
