Member Advisor – Staunton & Augusta County

DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU); is currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Staunton & Augusta County locations. If you have a passion for serving others to help them achieve their financial goals, then this may be the perfect position for you!

What You’ll have the Opportunity to do:

• Complete a variety of member service transactions and financial transaction requests while carefully matching the right products and services to meet the needs of each individual member
• Build consultative relationship skills 
• Learn advanced banking product knowledge
• Open and set up new accounts and consumer/business lending principals
• Educate members and promote the use of alternative service delivery channels and services
• Actively assist the branch team in creating a meaningful member experience
• Assist with a variety of transactions and service offerings including funds transfers, withdrawals and deposits, cashing checks, loan payments and verification of available funds

• Compensation and benefits:

DuPont Community Credit Union offers a competitive starting salary range of $20.12 to $26.11 in addition to an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, pension plan, 401k with employer match, and generous paid time off. Starting salary placement in the range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
