Bring learning to life at Waukesha State Bank! We're looking for an engaging, energetic Learning and Development Facilitator who loves helping people learn, grow, and succeed. In this role, you'll be the face of learning for entry- to mid-level employees across the Bank, delivering everything from new hire onboarding to retail training in lending, teller, and new accounts. You'll create a welcoming, engaging learning experience through a variety of techniques-including discussion, role play, team activities, hands-on exercises, and virtual learning-while adapting your approach to keep learners engaged and make training meaningful.

This is more than simply standing in front of a classroom. You'll help ensure our training stays relevant, accurate, and aligned with the way we do business at WSB. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders, identify opportunities to enhance existing programs, develop new learning content, and help maintain resources within our learning management system and intranet. You'll also support retail supervisors through mentorship and sales training, facilitate quarterly leadership roundtables, assist with L&D technology such as Cornerstone, OnDemand and Articulate360, and have opportunities to represent WSB through financial literacy initiatives and professional learning events throughout Waukesha County.

If you're a natural communicator who finds genuine satisfaction in helping others reach their potential, we'd love to meet you. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of retail banking experience, strong operational knowledge and accuracy, a working understanding of consumer lending, and the confidence to translate that experience into engaging learning. We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to build strong relationships across the Bank.

This is an onsite position in Waukesha County, WI

Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
