Role: Electrical Foreman
Primary Objective: Use assigned resources to execute the project/job plan (i.e. “Boots on the ground”)

Primary Duties
- Crew LMA - Lead, Manage and hold your crew staff accountable.
- Crew Safety - Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed, and crews maintain safety as a #1 priority.
- Keep the jobsite clean, orderly, and organized, following 5S principles.
- Efficiently and safely execute the project Scope/Spec by managing your crew (boots on the ground).
- Ensure that workmanship and quality meets or exceeds company and customers standards.
