The Role
Supports Program Management Office (PMO) functions by tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, supporting business process analysis, and ensuring alignment with IT lifecycle and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards. Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others.Â

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week Monday through FridayÂ
What We Look For in a Candidate
Track, monitor, and provide status updates on program and project deliverables to ensure timelines and commitments are met.Â
Apply established processes to ensure data accuracy, currency, validity, and relevance across PMO artifacts and reporting.Â
Maintain a centralized library of PMO documents and develop standardized templates for both technical and management use.Â
Support project, program, and portfolio-level activities including process analysis, mapping, optimization, reporting, market research, and internal communications.Â
Translate business processes into actionable workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance visibility and decision-making.Â
Update and maintain organizational IT lifecycle documentation supporting Agile methodologies.Â
Define, develop, and maintain engineering (SDLC) artifacts, architecture standards, and governance processes. Provide oversight for Enterprise SDLC reviews, including change management activities.Â

ExperienceÂ
Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of the business systems and industry requirementsÂ
Experience performing analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specificationsÂ
Experience providing consultation on complex projects and is considered to be top level contributor/ specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of the technology to the current and future business environmentsÂ
Experience planning and managing the realization of benefits through the integration of new capabilities within business practices\Defining the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the programÂ
Experience maintaining focus on organizing and managing how time and resources are investedÂ
Experience advising the PMO on whether the outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of new business processesÂ
Experience with optimizing the timing of the release of new deliverables into business operationsÂ
Compensation
| This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
