We're looking for a Process Engineer I to join our team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, process optimization, and capital projects. What You'll Do
路 Improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance
路 Support Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives that drive real business results
路 Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
路 Participate in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities
路 Lead and support continuous improvement and capital projects
路 Create CAD drawings, process documentation, work instructions, and training materials
路 Collaborate with operators, leaders, and engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges
路 Gain hands-on exposure to equipment, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 2-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- Knowledge of engineering principles and continuous improvement concepts
- CAD or SolidWorks experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- A curious mindset and passion for making things better every day
