Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team on a full-time AM shift. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors, we would love to hear from you!

Position Details

Position: Receptionist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: AM Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
Location: Tice Valley Post Acute

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Assist visitors with sign-in and facility procedures

• Maintain a professional and organized reception area

• Provide general administrative and clerical support

• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries

• Assist with scheduling and maintaining calendars as needed

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and facility staff

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

• Assist with other front-office duties and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

• Basic computer and office equipment skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus
