CAT Scale Phone Technician

Description

Starting pay: $17 hourly

Shift: Thursday-Monday 2pm-10pm (after training)

CAT Scale Company is growing rapidly and is looking to add a full-time Phone Technician to the team! Customer service is our top priority. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual seeking to grow with a stable, family-owned company that offers a diverse range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service 100% of the time. 
• Answer incoming customer calls and log all resolutions.
• Troubleshoot questions regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues from customers throughout the United States and Canada 
• Assigned special projects as needed
• Call CAT Scale locations throughout the United States and Canada to continue service and repairs as needed.
• Assist drivers in signing up for a Weigh My Truck account.
• Communicate with various departments within the CAT Scale Company.
• Escalate issues to the next level of support as needed.
• Shift flexibility performing services for a 24/7 Help Desk

Requirements

• A positive attitude is a must!
• Work under limited supervision
• Must be a self-starter
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
• Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to troubleshoot apps on a smartphone, iPhone, or Android is a plus.
• Solid documentation skills
• Ability to search internally and externally for support information
• Experience handling challenging and unique situations
