Floor Supervisor
Job Summary
The Floor Supervisor manages Service Technicians and maintains technical and performance efficiency within the service shop, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, on schedule, and to a high quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the service shop
- Monitor performance and work to improve employee efficiency
- Troubleshoot and diagnose service repairs
- Enforce company policy within the service department, including disciplinary actions
- Interview and evaluate potential employees
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- RVIA certification
- HVAC certification
Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of repair procedures
- Ability to perform repairs
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Experience
- 5+ years of technical/troubleshooting experience
- 5+ years of foreman or supervisory experience
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has formal supervisory responsibility over Service Team Members, including overseeing, monitoring, and assisting with diagnostic work.
Pre-employment drug screen required.
