We're hiring Personal Care Aides to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their own homes across Hampton Roads. One-on-one care, consistent clients, and an office team that actually picks up the phone. If you're dependable and genuinely care about people, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll do

• Help clients with daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• Provide companionship and keep clients safe and comfortable at home
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands or appointments as part of the care plan
• Note any changes in condition and let the office know

What you need

• PCA or CNA certificate preferred, but not required
• Prior caregiving experience (in homes or facilities) preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to read, write, and speak English as needed for the job
• Comfortable assisting clients with lifting and mobility
• Dependable, kind, and a good communicator
