- Coordinate land development projects from planning and permitting through construction and lot delivery
- Manage project documentation, contracts, permits, budgets, and schedules using Procore
- Support financial administration, including invoices, pay applications, change orders, lender draws, and budget tracking
- Partner with contractors, consultants, builders, government agencies, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently
- Maintain compliance documentation, insurance records, lien releases, and project files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for leadership and stakeholders
- Support strategic land development initiatives and long-range planning efforts
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of project coordination, administrative support, land development or related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing Procore, ERP systems or project accounting software is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to respond with urgency while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail Â
