The Red Bird está contratando un/a Shift Leader confiable y motivado/a para supervisar las operaciones diarias del restaurante y apoyar al equipo durante cada turno.

Responsabilidades

Supervisar a los empleados durante los turnos asignados
Garantizar un excelente servicio al cliente
Ayudar con la apertura y el cierre del restaurante
Apoyar en la preparación de alimentos y operaciones del mostrador
Capacitar y ayudar a los miembros del equipo
Mantener los estándares de limpieza y seguridad alimentaria
Resolver las inquietudes de los clientes de manera profesional
Ayudar a garantizar el buen funcionamiento del restaurante durante los turnos de mayor actividad

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en restaurantes requerida
Experiencia en liderazgo preferida
Español obligatorio
Inglés básico requerido
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización
Transporte confiable
Disponibilidad flexible, incluyendo noches y fines de semana
Persona responsable, puntual y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo
